FolkArt ® Extreme Glitter™ - Black
FolkArt ® Artists Pigments™ - Pure Black

steps:
1. Using a foam paintbrush, paint the entire skull with 2 coats of black paint. Allow to dry. Paint the skull with 3 coats of black Extreme Glitter. Allow for drying in between coats.
2. Paint the teeth, eyes and nose area with 3 coats of peridot extreme glitter. Allow to dry.
